You may return your product(s) to Bluesun within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, be unused, undamaged, and unmodified. A refund will be issued after the returned item is inspected by Bluesun.
Bluesun will pay for the return shipping label for items that fall within the following categories:

• Carrier damage/ warehouse mishandling
• Defective product
• Incorrect product was delivered
• Additional product(s) you did not order were delivered

For any other reason not listed, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Bluesun will NOT accept returns with any modifications to the product as it voids our warranty. Any modified products returned to Bluesun will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

This Warranty shall be exclusively governed by and construed under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China.

2. Limited Product Warranty

Bluesun Solar warrants its Modules, including factory-assembled DC connectors and cables, if any, to be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, including:

• Not suffering from any material adverse effects, if the installation and use are properly conducted in accordance with the “Guidance”, which may limit the stability of the Modules;
• Not allowing the clouding or discoloration of the glass to take place;
• Cable and connector plug remaining safe and operational if installed professionally, not submersed in water, puddle or in any other conditions which may affect the functionability or damaged by any external forces (including animals bites such as rodent bites, birds and insects).
• The aluminum frames not freezing up in cold weather conditions if installed correctly.

If the Conventional Modules fail to conform to the “Limited Product Warranty” within 5 years or Shingled Modules within 5 years from the date of purchase shown on the invoice (“Purchase Date”), Bluesun Solar will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product. The repair or replacement remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the “Limited Product Warranty” and shall not extend beyond the 12/15 years period set forth herein. Any alleged quality problems must be documented by a certification report prepared and issued by an independent and authoritative third party (whose appointment must be agreed by the customer and Bluesun Solar). The “Limited Product Warranty” does not provide any warranty for the specific power output, which shall be separately covered under clause 2 hereinafter (“Limited Peak Power Warranty”).

3. Limited Peak Power Warranty

The relevant effective output data can be found in the nameplate on the reverse of the Products.
Bluesun Solar assures that the actual power output of the Products will decline slightly, over a period of 10 years from the purchase date. Modules are warranted as follows:

• Modules with an age from purchasing date to 1year are warranted against power degradation in excess of 2.5% for mono-crystalline Modules and 2.5% for poly-crystalline Modules, of the nominal power as set out in the Products’ nameplate measured under STC condition. If the power degradation excess this, provided that such loss in power is determined by Bluesun Solar not to be due to faulty workmanship of the Module when the Module was installed and used properly under normal conditions, then Bluesun Solar will, at its sole option, either repair, replace or provide additional Modules to make up for such loss in power.

 

• Modules with an age from purchasing date between 2 and 10 years are warranted against annual power degradation in excess of 0.55% for Modules,which means the power of “n” year will be no less than 98%-0.55%*（n-1）for mono-crystalline Modules and 98%-0.55%*（n-1）for poly-crystalline Modules (2≦n≦25). If the power degradation excess this, provided that such loss in power is determined by Bluesun Solar not to be due to fault workmanship of the Module when the Module was installed and used properly under normal conditions, then Bluesun Solar will, at its sole option, either repair, replace or provide additional Modules to make up for such loss in power (if Bluesun Solar considers necessary). During the warranty period – 10 years – and at the end of this, the maximum degradation of the Modules should not exceed 18.82% for monocrystalline Modules and 18.82% for poly-crystalline Modules as set out in the Products’ nameplate measured under STC condition. If the power degradation excess this – always in the warranty period- , provided that such loss in power is determined by Bluesun Solar to be due to faulty workmanship of the Module when it was installed and used properly under normal conditions, then Bluesun Solar will, at its sole option, either repair, replace or provide additional Modules to make up for such loss in power.

STC are as following: (a) light spectrum of AM 1.5, (b) an irradiation of 1,000W per m2 and (c) a cell
temperature of 25°C degree centigrade. The measurements are carried out in accordance with IEC 61215 as tested at the junction box terminals per the calibration and testing standards of BluesunSolar (valid
at the date of manufacture of the Modules).
